Barolo Coste di Rose Marchesi di Barolo 2015 Alcohol content 14% vol. 100% Nebbiolo grapes. After a short rest IN cement vats FOR about 2 months, the wine was aged FOR two years IN 30 hl. barrels AND IN barriques, THEN it was blended IN large barrels. After a few months it was bottled up TO the moment OF consumption. Beautiful garnet colour WITH ruby highlights. Consistent. Very interesting typical scents: rose, licorice, blackberry, pepper, aromatic herbs, cloves, wild mint. The taste IS FULL, quite tannic, elegant AND mouthfilling, OF IMMEDIATE pleasure. This wine leaves long, fruity AND spicy sensations. It matches perfectly WITH eggs WITH white truffles, fillet OF Fassona beef, medium seasoned sheep OR goat cheese.
